Our Story
BackStage Dancewear & Gifts was founded by Joy Merchant in 1986. After growing the store for five years, Joy sold BackStage to its current owner, Jamie Turner in 2001. Jamie has owned the store for 20+ years and has grown the store to what it is today. BackStage would not be the awesome store that it is without its wonderful, long-term staff!
