In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is always free! Orders placed before noon will be ready for pick up by 5pm the same day. Orders placed after noon are guaranteed to be ready for pickup by noon the following day. We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up.
Shipping Rates

BackStage Dancewear uses USPS Priority for shipping on all orders. USPS Priority shipping will take approximately 2-4 days from time order is placed until delivery. This time may be longer if the order is placed on, or near, a holiday.

Orders over $100 ship FREE in the US!

Orders under $100 ship for $8.95 flat rate.
NOTE: BackStage Dancewear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at office@backstagedancewear.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Policy
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from November 11, 2024 through December 11, 2024 will qualify for our extended holiday return policy. These purchases will have until January 11, 2025 to be exchanged. Standard Return Policy conditions apply.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we are glad to offer exchange or store credit on all qualifying items. Exchanges and store credits must follow these specific guidelines - no exceptions. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
To qualify for exchange or store credit, all items must meet the following criteria:
- Must have original tags attached
- All original boxes or bags must be undamaged and ready for resale.
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke or other odors
- Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. (We ask that you place shoes in their original box and inside another box for shipment)
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS - NO EXCEPTIONS:
- Tights
- Hair products
- Undergarments
- Earrings
- Clearance items
In-Store Purchases
Qualifying purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. If you would prefer to receive a store credit, that credit can either be placed on your customer profile or provided via a tangible gift card.
Online Purchases
Qualifying purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit when initiated within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at office@backstagedancewear.com with your invoice number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item. Our team will then provide instructions on how to proceed. Effective October 1, 2024, customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges and store credits.

We highly recommend that you send your package back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Once the item has been received at our storefront, a store credit will be issued via an e-gift card and delivered to the email address provided at checkout. You will need to have an account set up on our website in order to receive the store credit. Unfortunately, customers that only check out as a 'guest' are unable to receive a store credit due to limitations within our website platform.
