In-store pickup is always free! We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up. Orders placed before noon will be ready for pick up by 5pm the same day. Orders placed after noon are guaranteed to be ready for pickup by noon the following day.
- BackStage Dancewear uses USPS Priority for shipping on all orders. USPS Priority shipping will take approximately 2-4 days from time order is placed until delivery.
- Orders over $100 ship FREE in the US!
- Orders under $100 ship for $8.95 flat rate.
NOTE: BackStage Dancewear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange or store credit on NON SALE items. Exchanges and store credits must follow these following specific guidelines. No exceptions. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
To qualify for exchange or store credit, all clothing items must have original tags attached and must be unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke or other odors. Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. All original boxes or bags must be undamaged and ready for resale. Place shoes in their original box and inside another box for shipment.
The following items do not qualify for exchange or credit. No exceptions.

Options Exchange or Store Credit
- Exchanges – Qualifying purchases are eligible for a free size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Send us your item and the completed exchange form with your size exchange request. Your exchange will be sent within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. There is one free size exchange per order.
- Store Credits – Qualifying items are eligible for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Your store credit will be issued via an e-gift card that will delivered to you via email. You will need to have an account set up on our website in order to receive the store credit. Customers that only check out as a 'guest' cannot receive the store credit due to our website platform.
Shipping information for Returns
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges and credits. You must include the original invoice and a written explanation of your exchange or store credit.
